this looks really cute 
I like how fuzzy pikachu looks XD. The coloring looks very clean but it looks like your scanner sort of brought out the strokes :/ you could fix that easily in an editing program maybe you could have added some shadows to add to the dynamic pose? lovely how it is though ^_^
